Decree No. 109/2010/ND-CP on on rice export business;

Circular No. 44/2010/TT-BCT of December 31, 2010, detailing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 109/20101 ND-CP of November 4, 2010, on rice export business;

Decision No. 560/QD-BNN-CB of 2011 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, providing temporary regulations on technical requirements for specialized paddy warehouses and facilities of paddy and rice milling for export;

Application for grant of certificates of eligibility to rice export business (made according the set Form as prescribed in Annex I enclosed with Decree No. 109/20101 ND-CP)

Certified copies of the Certificate of Business Registration or Certificate of Business Registration or Certificate of Investment.

The original statement of rice warehouses and the original statement of mills made according to the forms provided in Appendices IV and V to Decree No. 109/20101 ND-CP, which are certified by a provincial-level Industry and Trade Department.

Step 1

The applying trader shall submit the dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade - at 54 Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi

Step 2

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall check the validity and completion of the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete or valid, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall examine the dossier's contents. If the dossier's contents are satisfactory, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the certificate of eligibility for rice export business according to the form provided in the Decree No. 09/20101 ND-CP, In case of refusal, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall issue a written reply clearly stating relevant reasons.
