Process Steps

Step 1
Submit the customs dossier
|
The subject entitled to immunities and privileges in Vietnam shall prepare a set of dossier and submit it to the Customs Authority
|
|
Step 2
Perform the procedures
|
The customs authority shall receive and examine the dossier
|
|
Step 3
Complete the customs clearance procedures
|
Upon completion of the customs clearance for the automobile or motorbike, the customs authority shall:

Give certification in the declaration using the Form HQ/2015/NK

01 temporary import permit of the vehicle

01 declaration for registration procedures
