The Ministry of Health considers to issue the medical mask export license within 24 hours

On March 11, 2020, the Minister of Health issued Decision 868 / QD-BYT regulating the granting of export permits for medical masks in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period.

Accordingly, medical masks must meet the minimum standards of TCVN 8389-1: 2010; TCVN 8389-2: 2010; TCVN 8389-3: 2010 and has a circulation number issued by a competent health authority according to regulations.

The unit sends 01 set of dossier directly to the Ministry of Health (the Medical Equipment and Works Department). Within 01 day (within 24 hours) from the receipt of the unit's complete and valid dossier, the Ministry of Health (the Medical Equipment and Works Department) shall consider and issue an export permit. Export permits are sent to the applicant for export to submit to the customs office when carrying out export procedures.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
