A written record of inspection of the textile and garment-manufacturing capacity, made by the provincial-level Industry and Trade Department in coordination with the provincial-level Planning and Investment Department

Step 1

The applying trader shall submit the dossier to the local Division of Export-Import Management directly or via postal service

Step 2

The local Division of Export-Import Management shall examine the completion and validity of the dossier. If the dossier is not complete or valid, the local Division of Export-Import Management shall inform the trader in writing or via telephone of contents to be fixed or added to complete the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete or valid, the local Division of Export - Import Management shall examine the dossier's contents. If the dossier satisfies all required conditions for granting the MID number, the local Division of Export - Import Management shall print the reference number, stamp on it and return the number to the trader within 03 working hours. If the dossier does not satisfy all required conditions for granting the MID number, the local Division of Export-Import Management shall reply in witting to the applying trader.

Step 4

The applying trader shall receive the results at the local Division of Export-Import Management or via postal service.
