Two imported goods are not allowed to be deposited in bonded warehouses
This is the central content of Decision 27/2020/QD-TTg on the list of imported goods not allowed to be deposited in bonded warehouses (issued on September 21, 2020).
Accordingly, the following two types of imported goods are not allowed to be deposited in the bonded warehouse:

- Cigarettes containing branded cigarettes 555, Esse is not of Vietnamese origin - item code 24.02.20

- Whiskey with capacity of over 50ml does not have Vietnamese origin - item code 22.08.30.00.

For the consignments that were put into bonded warehouses before November 15, 2020, the provisions on the time limit for bonded warehouses in Article 61 of the Law on Customs 2014 shall apply.

After the time of sending bonded warehouses but cannot actually export, they are forced to re-export at the original import checkpoint.

Decision 27/2020/QD-TTg takes effect from November 15, 2020.
