Application for permit on transit: 01 original copy (made according to the Form prescribed in Appendix IIA enclosed with Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BTC)

 

Process Steps

Step 1

The goods owner shall submit the dossier Application for permit on transit to the Ho Chi Minh City Division of Import – Export Management (Import–Export Department – Ministry of Industry and Trade). 12 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Step 2

The Ho Chi Minh City Division of Import – Export Management shall receive and examine the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete and valid, and satisfies all required conditions, within 07 (seven) working days, the The Ho Chi Minh City Division of Import – Export Management shall grant the permit on transit to the goods owner.

Step 4

If the dossier is not complete and valid, within 03 (three) working days, the The Ho Chi Minh City Division of Import – Export Management shall issue a request for correction or submission of supplementary document(s). In case of not approving, the The Ho Chi Minh City Division of Import – Export Management shall replying in writing to the goods-owner clearly stating relevant reasons.
