Application for permit on transit: 01 original copy (made according to the Form prescribed in Appendix IA enclosed with Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BTC)

Written request from the Ministry of Trade of the Kingdom of Cambodia for permit on transit of goods: 01 original copy, made in English or Vietnamese If the written request is made in Khmer language, it shall be enclosed with a copy translated into Vietnamese and certified or consularly legalized by the Vietnamese Diplomatic Mission to Kingdom of Cambodia or Cambodian Diplomatic Mission to Vietnam.

Step 1

The goods owner shall submit the dossier of Application for permit on transit to the Export-Import Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), at: 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Step 2

The Export-Import Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) shall receive and examine the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete and valid, and satisfies all required conditions, within 07 (seven) working days, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the permit on transit to the goods owner.

Step 4

If the dossier is not complete and valid, within 03 (three) working days, the Export-Import Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade)  shall issue a request for correction or submission of supplementary document(s). In case of refusal, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writing to the goods owner, clearly stating relevant reasons.
