Process Steps

Step 1	The enterprise shall submit the Contract of manufacture for export or processing for export of of tobacco products and the dossier of application for permit on import of tobacco raw materials and cigarette-paper to the Ministry of Industry and Trade
Step 2	Within 07 working days after receiving the sufficient and valid dossier and relevant papers, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall issue the written notice of import plans to relevant applicants.
