Specifically, apply the official anti-dumping tax on some cold rolled (cold pressed) carbon steel products in rolls or sheets, alloy or non-alloy, flat rolled, with the width less than 1,600mm , thicknesses from 0.108 to 2.55 mm, annealed or not, covered or coated with inorganic matter or not covered or coated, of the following HS code: 7209.16.10; 7209.16.90; 7209.17.10; 7209.18.91; 7209.18.99; 7209.26.10; 7209.26.90; ... originated from the People's Republic of China.

Note, the above mentioned cold rolled steel, if it satisfies one of the following cases, is not within the scope of anti-dumping measures: Cold rolled stainless steel; Silicon electroplated steel (electrical engineering steel); Black (black corrugated iron) steel sheets rolled to tin; Steel wind; Corrugated steel; Cold rolled steel is coated.

This Decision takes effect from December 28, 2020
