Accordingly, the amount of raw tobacco (HS code 2401) imported according to the 2021 tariff quota is 62,053 tons. The assignment of tariff quotas for imported tobacco raw materials shall comply with regulations.
The Circular takes effect from January 18, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
