On July 24, 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 1949 / QD-BCT on the amendment of Circular 11/2020 / TT-BCT dated June 15, 2020 of the Minister of Industry and Trade providing origin of goods in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union.
Specifically, the technical error correction presented in the Circular 11/2020 / TT-BCT as follows:

First of all, in Appendix II issued together with Circular 11/2020 / TT-BCT, the processing or processing stage of HS Group 5309 to 5311 is shown in column (3) printed “Pulling from natural fibers or artificial staple fibers or spun from artificial filaments ... ", now modified to" Spun from natural fibers or man-made staple fibers or extruded into artificial filaments ... ".

Next, in Appendix II issued together with Circular 11/2020 / TT-BCT, the processing or processing stage of HS 5907 is shown in column (3) printed “Weaving and dying or covered with fiber. crumbs ... provided that the value of the unprinted fabric used does not exceed 47.5% of the ex-factory price of the product. 3 ", now changed to" Weaving and dyeing or covering with rags ... provided that the The used unprinted fabric must not exceed 47.5% of the ex-factory price of the product. ”…
