No forwarding of goods being transferred to the border gate of Long Bien dry port
On March 2, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision 07/2021 / QD-TTg amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision 38/2017 / QD-TTg dated August 18, 2017 of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister stipulates the transfer of border gates for imported goods to go through customs procedures at ICD My Dinh, Hanoi city.
Specifically, the Long Bien dry port is added to the name of Decision 38/2017 / QD-TTg as follows: Decision No. 38/2017 / QD-TTg regulating the border-gate transfer for imported goods to customs procedures. at ICD My Dinh dry port, Long Bien dry port, Hanoi city.
In addition, the time for storing goods to complete customs procedures at ICD My Dinh and Long Bien ICD is no more than 30 days from the time the goods arrive at ICD My Dinh and Long Bien ICD. unless the goods are subject to specialized inspection, or are being processed by a competent authority.
In addition, goods that have been transferred to the border gate of ICD My Dinh and Long Bien ICD are not forwarded to other locations for customs procedures.
The Decision takes effect from May 1, 2021.
