Approve the proposal to build investors on goods traded via e-commerce

On February 26, 2021, the Government issued Resolution 24 / NQ-CP on the approval of the proposal to develop a Decree on customs management for exported and imported goods that are traded via e-commerce. .

Accordingly, it is proposed to develop a Decree on customs management for imported and exported goods that are transacted via e-commerce approved by the Government. The Ministry of Finance is assigned to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with concerned ministries and agencies in, studying and elaborating the Decree in accordance with current law provisions.

The resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
