Step 1

The foreign contractor shall submit the dossier via postal service or directly to the Ministry of Industry and Trade at 54 Hai Ba Trung, Ha Noi

Step 2

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall check the validity and completion of the dossier. If the dossier is not complete or valid, within 03 working days, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall notify in writing or via postal service of contents to be fixed or added to complete the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete or valid, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall examine the dossier's contents. If the dossier satisfies all conditions, within 07 working days, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall issue a written registration of the list of temporarily exported for re-import goods. If the dossier does not satisfy all conditions, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writting to the foreign contractor, clearly stating relevant reasons.

Step 4

The foreign contractor shall receive the written registration directly at the office of the Ministry of Industry and Trade or via postal service.
