Texhong Company recognized as goods inspection site

Quang Ninh Customs Department has just issued a decisionrecognising the inspection site for import and export goods at Texhong Knitting Vietnam Company Ltd (Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park, Quang Ha town, Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh province).

The goods inspection site is subject to customs inspection, supervision and control by Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch, Quang Ninh Customs Department.

Specifically, the physical inspection for import and export shipments complies with provisions in Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC amended and supplemented in Circular No. 39/2018/TT- BTC of the Ministry of Finance.

The company’s goods inspection site is only applicable to machinery, equipment, raw materials, components and supplies imported to serve production or exports.

The company is responsible for arranging premises and means for inspection at the siteand is only allowed to putgoods into installation, production or export after the customs clearance is decided by the customs authority.

During performance, if the company violates the decision and relevant provisions of law, Quang Ninh Customs Department will revoke the decisionrecognising the inspection site for import and export goods.
