Supplementary documents for re-export of cars and motorcycles

 

On April 19, 2021, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 27/2021 / TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 19/2014 / TT-BTC dated February 11, 2014 of the Minister. The Ministry of Finance shall stipulate the procedures for temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorbikes of subjects enjoying privileges and immunities in Vietnam.

 

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance amends the regulations on the dossiers of re-export of cars and motorbikes. Specifically, for cars and motorbikes of the agency, it is necessary to have: A written request for re-export of cars and motorbikes according to the form; Document of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on re-export; The declaration of imported vehicle with the stamp "used for re-export or transfer or destruction according to the provisions of law; Certificate of registration revocation, license plate number of car, motorcycle issued by the police office; Export goods declaration ...

 

Thus, in comparison with the old regulations, the Ministry of Finance shall add the export goods declaration to the dossier of re-export of automobiles and motorbikes for the re-export of automobiles and motorbikes of the agency. . In the case of an individual's vehicle, in addition to the above documents, there is also an ID card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Power of Attorney to the agency where the subject is to carry out procedures for re-export of cars and motorcycles.

 

The Circular takes effect from June 2, 2021.
