Investigation of anti-dumping welding materials

On March 18, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 947 / QD-BCT to investigate the application of anti-dumping measures on some welding materials originating from the People's Republic of China, Wang. Thailand and Malaysia.

Accordingly, investigating the application of anti-dumping measures for a number of welding materials with HS code: 7217.10.10; 7217.30.19; 7217.90.10; 7229.20.00; 7229.90.20; 7229.90.99; 9311.10.10; 8311.10.90; 8311.30.91; 8311.30.99; 8311.90.00 is from the People's Republic of China, the Kingdom of Thailand and Malaysia.

The period of investigation to determine the act of dumping is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The investigation period to determine the damage is from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020.

From the time of investigation to the end of the investigation process applying anti-dumping measures, the investigating agency may comply with the regime of requesting import declaration for the goods under investigation. take anti-dumping measures to serve the investigation. Import declaration does not limit the quantity, volume or value of imported goods.

The Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.
