A certificate of conformity with standards of HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent in the case the producing organizations and individuals have a quality management system certified as complying with standards of HACCP or ISO 22000 or equivalent (the notarized copy or copy with the original for comparison).

Process steps:

Step 1

The organization/individual shall submit the dossier to the Vietnam Food Administration - Ministry of Health
|

Step 2
|
The Vietnam Food Administration shall receive and examine the dossier
|
|
Step 3
|
Reply with the approval of the announcement of conformity with food safety regulations. In case of disapproval, the Administration shall reply in writing and clearly state relevant reasons.
