Circular No. 14/2015/TT-BKHDT provides the lists of machinery, equipment, replacement parts, special-use means of transport, raw materials, materials, components, and semi-finished products which can be manufactured in the country.

Enclosed to this Circular are Appendices labeled I - VIII as referred to hereinafter:

1. The list of domestically manufactured special-use means of transport;
2. The list of domestically manufactured machinery and equipment;
3. The list of domestically manufactured building materials;
4. The list of domestically manufactured raw materials, materials, components, and replacement parts;
5. The list of domestically manufactured bus components and parts;
6. The list of domestically manufactured oil and gas production activities' vital materials;
7. The list of domestically manufactured ship-building constituents, materials and semi-finished products; and
8. The list of domestically manufactured direct software engineering constituents and materials.

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2016 and replaces Circular No. 04/2012/TT-BKHDT dated August 13, 2012 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
