Application for Permit on export and import of industrial precursor chemicals

Sales contract of industrial precursor chemicals or one of the following materials: Sales contract/agreement, memorandum, commercial invoice. If the dossier of application is submitted directly, by post, or sent online, the copies prescribed in Clause 2 Article 3 of Circular No. 42/2013/TT-BCT shall be submitted.

Process Steps
Step 1
|
The applicant for the Permit on export/import of precursor chemicals shall submit the dossier of application to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Vietnam Chemical Agency) directly, by post, or online.

Step 2
|
If the dossier is not complete or valid, within 3 days, the Vietnam Chemical Agency shall request the applicant to complete the dossier. The time used for notification and completion of the dossier is not included in the processing time for issuance of the Permit
|
Step 3
|
Within 7 working days from the reception of the complete and valid dossier, the Vietnam Chemical Agency shall verify it and request the Ministry to issue the Permit on export or import. If the application is rejected, a written reply specifying relevant reasons shall be made.
