Application for grant of temporary import for re-export license (made according to the set form in Annex IX of Circular No. 61/2014/TT-BCT)

Copy of License and/or Certificate for one of the following cases: License to trade explosive precursor substances applied to enterprises trading explosive precursor substances; Certificate of qualification for production of explosive precursor substances applied to cases where explosive precursors are imported for the production of industrial explosive materials.

Report on the quantity of explosive precursors already imported or exported in the plan year

Copy of the sales contract or order or invoice of the explosive precursors

 

Process Steps

Step 1

The enterprise applying for the Permit to export/import the explosive precursors shall submit a set of dossier to the Vietnam Chemical Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade)

Step 2

The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall notify the applicant of the sufficiency and validity of the dossier and request the applicant to complete the dossier once within 2 (two) working days from the reception of the dossier. The time used for notification and completion of the dossier is not included in the processing time for issuance of the Permit on export or import

Step 3

Within 5 (five) working days from the reception of the valid dossier documents/materials specified in Clause 1 of this Article, the competent licensing authority shall inspect the dossier materials and grant the Permit to the eligible applicant.

Step 4

Case of refusing to grant the Permit, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writing and clearly state relevant reasons.
