Process Steps

Step 1

The applicant shall submit the dossier of application to the Vietnam Chemical Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), directly or by post.

Step 2

The Vietnam Chemical Agency shall examine the completion and validity of the dossier. If the dossier is not complete or valid, the Agency shall inform the applicant in writing, requesting for completion of the dossier.

Step 3

If the dossier is complete and valid, the Agency shall appraise the dossier documents/materials. If the dossier documents/materials are satisfactory, within 05 working days, the Vietnam Chemical Agency shall grant the Permit If the dossier documents/materials are not satisfactory, the Vietnam Chemical Agency shall reply in writing to the applicant, clearly stating reasons for refusal.
