Process Steps
|
Step 1
|
The trader (applicant) shall submit via postal service 1 (one) set of dossier of application to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (address: 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi).

Step 2
|
The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall check the validity and completion of the dossier. If the dossier is complete or valid, within 7 (ten) working days, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the permit on import.
|
|
Step 3
|
If the dossier is not complete or valid, or in case of refusing to grant the permit, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall notify in writing or via postal service of contents to be fixed or added to complete the dossier or state relevant reasons for refusal.
|

Step 4
|
The written certification for granting the permit shall be sent to the trader via postal system.
