Process Steps
Step 1
The trader (applicant) shall submit the dossier to the Ministry of Industry and Trade at 54 - Hai Ba Trung Street, Hanoi
Step 2
The Ministry of Industry and Trade shall check the validity and completion of the dossier. If the dossier is complete or valid, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall inform the trader in writing or via telephone of contents to be fixed or added to complete the dossier.
Step 3
If the dossier is complete or valid, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall examine the dossier's contents. If the dossier satisfies all conditions, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the written permit. If the dossier does not satisfy all conditions, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writing to the trader.

The trader shall receive the written permit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall update and post on its website the list of the Parties to the Protocol.Traders that import or export ozone layer-depleting substances shall register with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and obtain the Ministry's certification thereof.
