Papers to be submitted:
+ Written request for inspection of organization/individual under the prescribed form if the organization/individual can not take the motor vehicle to the location of inspection authority.
+ Copy of Manufacturer Quality Control Slip (if the motor vehicle is domestically manufactured and assembled, under inspection for first time circulation applied to vehicles of first time registration after the date of effect of this Circular).

- Papers to be produced:
+ Original copy of Certificate of vehicle registration or a photocopy of Certificate of vehicle registration certified by the Bank holding the original Certificate of vehicle registration or certified by the financial lending institutions holding the original copy of Certification of vehicle registration
+ Original copy of the valid civil liability insurance certificate
+ Valid written approval of the local competent authority permitting the circulation of the vehicle.

 

Process Steps

Step 1

The vehicle owner or the legally authorized person shall submit the dossier of request for inspection to the local Inspection Authority.

Step 2

The inspection authority shall receive and verify the dossier: If the dossier is incomplete, it shall guide the vehicle owner for supplement and completion within the working day. If the dossier is complete and valid, it shall make an agreement with the vehicle owner on the time and location for physical inspection.
The inspection authority shall conduct the physical inspection: If the vehicle meets the prescribed requirements, the inspection authority shall grant the Certificate of Circulation and Stamp of Circulation within 02 working days from the date of successful completion of inspection. If the vehicle fails to meet the prescribed requirements, the inspection authority shall make a notice of unsatisfactory pieces/items of the vehicle for the owner to have remedy measures.
