Process Steps

Step 1	The applicant shall complete the dossier with full and accurate information enclosed with prescribed papers (as specified in Article 18 of Decree No. 47/2011/ND-CP dated June 17, 2011).
Step 2	The applicant shall submit the dossier to the Ministry of Information and Communications at 18 Nguyen Du, Hanoi
Step 3	The applicant shall receive the permit to import postage stamps within 07 working days from the date of reception of sufficient and valid dossier.
