Written request for grant of permit of postage stamp import

Copy of Certificate of Business registration or certificate of investment in Vietnam of organization applying for import permission which is confirmed by seal of organization or the identification card or passport of individual applying for import permission.

The postage stamp sample or copy of postage stamp proposed for import.

Step 1

The applicant shall complete the dossier with full and accurate information enclosed with prescribed papers (as specified in Article 18 of Decree No. 47/2011/ND-CP dated June 17, 2011).

Step 2

The applicant shall submit the dossier to the Ministry of Information and Communications at 18 Nguyen Du, Hanoi

Step 3

The applicant shall receive the permit to import postage stamps within 07 working days from the date of reception of sufficient and valid dossier.
