This Circular guides the implementation of the National Single Window under the provisions of the Customs Law No. 54/2014 / QH13 and Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP dated 21 May 01 2015 of the Government detailing and measures to implement the customs Law regarding customs procedures, inspection and supervision and customs control for the following:
1. Regulation lists the applicable administrative procedures National Single Window countries (hereinafter referred to as the one-stop administrative procedure) of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and environment, the Ministry of Health in Appendix I attached to this Circular.
2. Regulations on the process transparent and open access to information and payment performance by administrative procedures electronically; criteria and format of electronic documents used to implement one-stop administrative procedure in paragraph 1 of this Article.
3. Regulation on the mechanism of coordination and exchange of information for the implementation of one-stop administrative procedure.
4. Other matters related to the one-stop administrative procedure under paragraph 1 of this Article shall comply with the legal text majors.
