Processing time

Within seven (7) working days after receiving the complete and valid dossier, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the License to the trader concerned. Case of refusing for licensing, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writing in which clearly stating relevant reasons.

Process Steps
Step 1
|
The trader shall submit 1 (one) set of dossier of applying for licensing, via post, to the Export and Import Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade.
|
Step 2
|
Within 7 (seven) working days, after receiving a sufficient dossier as prescribed, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall grant the License to the applying trader. Case of refusing for licensing, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall reply in writing in which clearly stating relevant reasons.
|
Step 3
|
The License or written reply of the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be sent to the trader via post according to address in application for licensing.
