Application for grant of Permit to import radio transmitters and transceivers

A photocopy certified or sealed by the organization or individual (if it is sent by post), or a photocopy attached to the original one in order to be compared (if it is submitted directly) of documents proving the legal status (Business certificate, Establishment license or Investment license), ID/ passport: authenticated copies. ;

An authenticated copy or certified true copy of commercial contract, documentary evidence or bill of lading with signatures, symbols, the number of radio transmitters and transceivers to be imported

Step 1

The organization/individual being importer of the radio transmitters and transceivers shall submit the dossier of Application for grant of Permit on import to the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority

Step 2

The Vietnam Telecommunications Authority shall receive and examine the dossier

Step 3

Within 7 (seven) working days after receiving the complete dossier as prescribed, the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority shall appraise the dossier and grant the Permit to import the radio transmitters and transceivers to the applying organization/individual.
