At the meeting, the representative of the Customs Information Technology and Statistics Department mentioned the roadmap and outstanding results in the implementation of the National Single Window; direction of leaders at all levels and the roadmap for developing a draft Decree on information sharing under the National Single Window and a draft Information List of ministries, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces, cities, agencies and organizations connected through the National Single Window.

Accordingly, despite impressive achievements, the implementation of the National Single Window shows some shortcomings that need to be removed to further improve the quality of public services of State agencies; to effectively process administrative procedures connected to the National Single Window; to reduce costs and compliance time for businesses but still ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of state management.

Regarding the process of developing the draft List, Deputy Director of the Risk Management Department Ho Ngoc Phan said that Customs has worked with nine ministries and government agencies to complete the List (including 21 lists of information for each ministry or agencies).

Through meetings, Customs wishes to receive more comments from VCCI and business associations so that the development of the List meets the set goals, especially contributing to creating favorable conditions for the business community and improving the management efficiency of ministries, agencies and localities.
