The written registration for quality inspection of imported electric bicycle (hereinafter referred to as inspection registration form)

Copies of import vouchers certified by importing establishments include: import goods declarations, commercial invoices or equivalent papers related to the value of goods

Documentation of technical features of the vehicle manufacturer, which shows the main parameters of: Size, volume, number of people allowed to carry, maximum velocity, tire size, capacity of the largest The engine, the voltage and capacity of the battery, the distance running continuously. If the technical specifications of the vehicle of the manufacturer are not enough, the importer shall use the registration form. Specs by model; (For vehicles of the same type already inspected by the Vietnam Register and granted with import quality certificates, exemption from documents on the introduction of technical features of vehicle manufacturers).

The description of the goods label includes the size, content and location of the vehicle. The goods labels must show at least the following contents: Name and address of the establishment; Name and address of the importer; brand; Number type; Volume itself; The number of people allowed to carry; Engine power; Year of manufacture; origin

Step 1

Applying the administrative procedure

The importer shall submit dossiers of application for certificates of technical safety quality of imported electric bicycles to the Vietnam Register.

Step 2

Solving the administrative procedures

- The Vietnam Register will receive and check the application file. If the registration dossiers are incomplete as prescribed, within a working day, the Vietnam Register shall guide the importing establishments in supplementing and re-finalizing them; If the dossier is fully registered according to regulations, within 01 (one) working day, the Vietnam Register will certify it in the written inspection registration and concurrently with the importer on the time and place check

- The Vietnam Register shall inspect and consider the test results of the vehicle in accordance with Article 7 of Circular No. 41/2013/TT-BGTVT. If failing to meet the requirements, within 05 (five) working days after the end of the inspection, notify the importing establishments thereof for remedy; Past 30 (thirty) days from the date of notification, if the importing establishment has not yet taken remedial measures, it shall notify the import quality thereof. If it satisfies the requirements, the certificate shall be granted within 05 (five) working days after the satisfactory examination results are obtained.
