Processing time
|
Certificates of technical safety of imported equipment or notices of failing to meet the technical safety standards of imported equipment shall be granted within 03 working days after the completion of inspection according to regulations.

Process Steps

Step 1
|
Enterprise shall submit dossiers to the Vietnam Register
|
|
Step 2
|
- Vietnam Register shall receive and check dossiers: If the dossiers are incomplete according to regulations, guide the organizations and individuals to re-adjust them; If the dossiers are complete as prescribed, they shall be certified in the papers of registration for inspection of technical safety and quality of imported equipment within 01 working day and agreed on the time and place of inspection.
- After organizations and individuals supplement the documents, the Vietnam Register has examined: If failing to pass, the notice of failure to satisfy the technical safety standards of imported equipment shall be made according to a set form; If successful, the certificate of technical safety of imported equipment shall be granted
