Written registration for granting separate certificate for the shipment of export aquatic products
According to the Form in Annex XII enclosed with Circular No. 48/2013/TT-BNNPTNT
 
Process Steps
Step 1
 
Declare all required information in the written registration for granting separate certificate for the shipment of export aquatic products and submit to the competent agency for inspection and certification (at least 2 days before the day of export)
Step 2
Examine the dossier and review results in the efficiency verification of controlling food safety risks as prescribed in Article 27 of Circular 48/2013/TT-BNNPTNT
Step 3
Grant the separate certificate for the shipment of export aquatic products in a form corresponding to regulations of the importing market or reply in witting in case of refusal, stating relevant reasons.
 
Note:
If the Separate Certificate is lost or damaged: The shipment owner shall submit a written request for re-issuance of the certificate with satisfactory reasons to the competent agency for re-issuance of the Certificate.
