Process Steps
Step 1
|
Submit the dossier of registration to the inspection and certification authority:
|
Step 2
|
The inspection and certification authority shall examine the validity of the dossier and guide the shipment owner in supplementing lacked or incomplete contents (if any)
|
Step 3
|
Set up the Inspection Team to conduct the inspection of conditions of food safety requirements of the Establishment
|
Step 4
|
Conduct the inspection of conditions of food safety requirements at the Establishment
|
Step 5
|
Handle of examination and inspection results and grant the certificate of food safety
|
Note:
If the Certificate of food safety is lost, damaged or modified with important information, the establishment shall make a written application for reissuance of the Certificate and submit it to the National Agro – Forestry – Fisheries Quality Assurance Department, stating reasons for re-issuance of Certificate according to the Form in Annex VIII enclosed with Circular No. 48/2013/TT-BNNPTNT.
