This Circular applies to:

1. Military officers, fire fighters

2. Police from units and localities

3. Agencies, organizations, households and individuals concerning fire prevention and fighting activities

 

This Circular shall take effect since February 06, 2015 and replace the Minister of Public Security’s Circular No. 11/2014/TT-BCA dated March 12, 2014 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Decree No. 35/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 04, 2003, the Decree No. 46/2012/NĐ-CP dated May 22, 2012 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Chapter III of the Minister of Public Security’s Circular No. 35/2010/TT-BCA dated October 11, 2010 regulating the issuance of permit for transport of industrial explosives and dangerous commodities.
