A Record of breeds which contains: names of breeds, quality grades, origin, quantity, technical economic criteria of caring and raising process of the breed and common diseases (if any) of that breeds; the application must be certified by the competent agency of the exporting country. The application documents must be the originals or the certified true copies enclosed with Vietnamese translations certified by the importer.

The sperms of cattle may not be imported not later than 60 months from the date of manufacture
Regarding pig breeds: a record of pig sperms, including names of breeds, quality grade of every male breed; male breed farming facilities

Process Steps
|
Step 1
|
Submit the dossier directly or via postal service to the Single Window Division – Department of Livestock Production
|
|
Step 2
|
The Division shall receive and examine the dossier If the dossier is complete and valid, it shall be transfered to the specialized unit for settlement
|
|
Step 3
|
The specialized unit shall handle the dossier, submit it to the Department of Livestock Production's leader in charge for signature or report of the case to competent ranks of authority for consideration and decision.
|

Step 4
|
Feed back the result to the Single Window Division to have it rendered to the organization/individual on schedule
|
