1. This Circular provisions on prescribing drugs in outpatient treatment at the treatment of the State and private facility.
2. This Circular not applying for these cases:
- Prescribing medicine with traditional medicine, prescribing medicine combines traditional with western medicine.
- Prescribing medicine for opiate substances addiction drug treatment by substitution drugs.
