This Decision applies to state management agencies, traders, manufacturers and organizations and individuals involved in product and good quality in Vietnam.
Competence to manage CFSs for imports and issue CFSs for exports
1. The competence to manage CFSs for imports and issue CFSs for exports is specified in Appendix I to this Decision.
2. The agencies referred to in Clause 1 of this Article shall clearly publicize addresses of places for registering trader dossiers; issuing CFSs for exports; and examining CFSs for imports
