Fee for dossier examination: 15,000 VND/shipment
Fee for sampling, storing and transporting samples: 105,000 VND/shipment, of which:
- Mandatory samples: (05 samples) 20,000 VND
- Additional samples according to the shipment weight (5 – 15 samples): 5,000 VND/sample
- Sample transport (< 3 kg): 80,000 VND/shipment
Fee for organoleptic and physical inspection: 25,000 VND/shipment, of which:
- Determination of color, smell, and taste: 15,000 VND/shipment;
- Consistency of products 5,000 VND/shipment;
- Assessment of the packaging, labeling, transport, and preservation conditions: 5,000 VND/shipment;
Quick test for pesticide residues (using a test kit): 130,000 VND/sample
Assessment of the fulfillment of the criteria for food hygiene and safety of imported and exported agricultural products (vegetables, fruits, etc.): 1% of the shipment value (from at least 3,000 to 10,000 VND per shipment)
