| Publication of conformity of organic fertilizer and other fertilizers | Technical Measures | Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development | Before introducing the organic fertilizer and other fertilizers into the market, the organizations or individuals producing or importing fertilizers must publicize the conformity of the following fertilizers:
a) Fertilizers named in the List of fertilizers which are produced, traded or used with permission in Vietnam which the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued from 09 August 2008 to 27 November 2013. The organizations or individuals shall make publication of conformity as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 22 of Decree 202/2013/ND-CP;
b) Fertilizer of producing and trading organizations or individuals or as a result of research project at State or Ministry level meeting the requirements for fertilizer experiment norm. While the fertilizer experiment norm has not been issued, the provisions in Annex IX issued with Circular 41/2014/TT-BNNPTNT
| The order and contents for publication of conformity shall comply with Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated 31 October 2012 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development providing the procedures for appointing conformity certification body and publication of conformity under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (hereafter referred to as Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BNNPTNT).
The publication of conformity of each kind of organic fertilizer and other fertilizers shall be done one time.
