2	A Certificate of free sale of imported goods (Certificate of free sale) granted by the competent state agency of the country of origin
3	The composition, quality, utility, manual, product labels provided for by the manufacturer
4	A examination result sheet of major quality components and targets of hygiene, safety of animal feed of the producer that had one of the certificates GMP, HACCP, ISO or equivalent certificate; in case the manufacturer has no one of the above certificates, the examination result sheet must be issued by the competent testing agency of the country of origin or recognized by the organization certifying quality
5	A certified copy of the certificate of business registration or investment license or the establishment license of representative offices of foreign traders in Vietnam of import registration unit (filing only for the first time)
