A copy of Certificate of Enterprise registration or Certificate of Business Registration (if the registration is required) or Certificate of investment (with regard to foreign-invested companies); identity card or passport (with regard to individuals)

01 copy of the agreement on cooperation in foreign language together with 01 Vietnamese translation with certified signature of a translation agency or the importer

In case of study or international cooperation

01 copy of Certification or Letter of invitation to participate in trader fairs or exhibitions in foreign language together with 01 Vietnamese translation with certified signature of a translation agency or the importer

In case of exporting for trade fairs or exhibitions

01 copy of the agreement concluded by both contracting parties in foreign language together with 01 Vietnamese translation with certified signature of a translation agency or the importer

In case of export as gift

The organization/individual shall submit the dossier of application to the Single Window Department – Bureau of Cultivation

Receive and examine the dossier

Grant and render the Permit to the applicant

Or reason of denial
