Legal basis of the Procedure                   

• Customs Law No. 54/2014/QH13 dated June 23, 2014.
• Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC Detailing the procedures for issuance of certificate of training in customs declaration; issuance and revocation of customs broker number; procedure for recognition and operation of customs brokerage.

The Certificate of business registration or the Certificate of enterprise registration or the Investment certificate

• The form No. 07 enclosed with Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC)

• The Degree in law, economics or engineering

All copies documents must be signed and certified by Director of customs brokerage company

Step 1

Submit dossier for Recognition of customs brokerage agents to GDVC

Step 2

GDVC receives and examines the dossier

Step 3

GDVC shall issue a decision on recognition of customs brokerage. If the application is rejected, a response shall be sent to the applicant
