Step 1

Holders of intellectual property rights or authorized person shall submit an application to the General Department of Customs (Customs Management Supervision Department)

Step 2

GDVC receives and verifies the dossier

Step 3

GDVC shall notify in writing to the applicant about accepting and to Provincial Customs Department, Smuggling Investigation and Prevention Department
