This Circular prescribes the order and procedures for receiving dossiers of application for licenses to carry weapons, support tools into or out of the territory of Vietnam for display and cultural exhibitions, art; order and procedures for licensing the use of deployed military weapons, shotguns, sporting weapons, explosives and support instruments also feature, effects are used as props.
