Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BTTTT promulgates the list of goods according to HS code under the line management of the Ministry of Information and Communications in the Annex enclosed to this Circular.

The HS code in this list is detailed in 4 digits, 6 digits and 8 digits, and used as the basis to determine the imports subject to the specialized management of the Ministry of Information and communications in the form of granting the import license or requiring the import conditions.

The list refers to the products of books, newspapers, magazines, maps; stamps, cash, banknotes; postcards; calendars; air-conditioning machines, refrigerators; book-binding machines, letter caster; printing machinery, copying machines and facsimile machines; calculating machines, automatic goods-vending machines; vacuum cleaners; telephone sets, including cell phones, cameras; disc, tape; monitors and projectors; printed circuit, boards, panels, consoles; valves, electronic integrated circuits; electric wires, cable,…

The list is drawn up on the basis of the list of goods and HS code in the import - export tariff. If there is only a 4-digit code, all 8-digit commodities in the same 4-digit heading are included on the list. If there is only a 6-digit code, all 8-digit commodities in the same 6-digit subheading are included on the list. If 8-digit commodities are mentioned, only the mentioned commodities in the same subheading are included on the list.

This Circular becomes effective from January 1, 2015.
