On July 1, 2026, Mr. Au Anh Tuan, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, chaired a meeting with the high-level delegation of FedEx Express led by Ms. Bianca Wang, Regional Vice President. At the meeting, FedEx expressed its gratitude for the active support and trusted partnership of Vietnam Customs over the recent years, which helped FedEx resolve their difficulties and meet regulatory requirements to successful running its express delivery services at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat international airports.

In the upcoming time, FedEx expressed its willingness to further strengthen and expand cooperation with Vietnam Customs in the digital customs transition phase, specifically regarding customs procedures for express cargo based on FedEx's long-standing experiences and global logistics capabilities.

On the side of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Au Anh Tuan reaffirmed the commitments to continue supporting, listening, and partnering with businesses. Vietnam Customs will strive to facilitate trade and streamline customs procedures, thereby fostering a transparent, stable, and sustainable business environment for foreign investors in the aim of positioning Vietnam as a regional logistics hub.
