Process Steps

Step 1
Submit the registration dossier
|
The registering airline shall electronically submit the Participation confirmation (by completing the Form No. 1 of Appendix I enclosed with Circular No. 42/2015/TT-BTC ) to the information portal of the General Department of Customs
|

Step 2
Examine and reply
|
The General Department of Customs shall consider admitting or refusing the registration (in which reasons for the refusal must be clearly stated) through the information portal of the General Department of Customs
|
|
Step 3
Grant the account
|
The General Department of Customs shall be responsible for granting accounts used for completing electronic customs procedures to airlines while the Customs Department of a province or city shall assume their responsibility to grant such accounts to airline’s designators and freight forwarding companies.
