This Circular promulgates the following lists:

1. List of permissible plant protection substances in Vietnam (Appendix I), which includes: (a) substances for farming; (b) termiticides; (c) forest product preservatives; (d) storage disinfectants; (e) substances for golf courses; and (f) substances for seed treatment.

2. List of plant protection substances banned in Vietnam  ( Appendix II), which includes: (a) pesticides and forest product preservatives; (b) fungicides; (c) rodenticide; and (d) herbicide.

3. List of HS codes of permissible plant protection substances in Vietnam (Appendix III).

This Circular becomes effective since  June 6, 2016 and replaces Circular No. 03/2015/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 29, 2015 and Circular No. 34/2015/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
